THE BRIDGE TO HEALTH HAS MOVED
TO THE VIRTUAL WORLD!
The Bridge to Health physical office at 2149 Velp Ave. Green Bay
will be closing May 25, 2012.
Hi, my name is Bonnie Groessl. I am a board certified nurse practitioner and I own The Bridge to Health LLC, an integrative healing center in Green Bay, Wisconsin (USA).
My mission is to provide an integrative, holistic approach to pain relief, health, healing and wellness. This approach to health brings together the healing capabilities of the individual with traditional and non-traditional medicine. I teach my clients skills and tools designed to help them reduce stress, live well and attain optimal health.
I am recognized as an expert in helping people make changes to achieve their goals. Some of the methods I use include hypnosis, guided meditation, imagery, EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique), energy psychology and energy medicine. You will learn to leverage the power of your subconscious mind for health and healing, and how to identify the quality supplements and good nutrition that are absolutely essential for good health and well-being.
Over the years, I have seen how traditional medicine outcomes can be enhanced by therapies that may be considered non-traditional or complementary. I have also learned how our minds can influence our own healing abilities and general well-being. There is much you can do through nutrition, lifestyle choices and stress management to optimize your health and enjoy the life you deserve. I’m confident you will benefit from the quality products I have selected to offer on this site to help you relax, sleep well, manage pain, and reduce stress and anxiety.
You have more control over your health than you might think!
Good nutrition, lifestyle habits, accessing your own mind-body medicine and your body’s energy can be of tremendous help. These tools can help you better deal with stress, anxiety, pain and sleep issues, even if you are struggling with weight loss. The Bridge to Health is your resource for simple, effective technique that can help you help yourself.
Complement the medical care you may already be receiving
There are times when you can reduce current medication under the supervision of your health care provider. It may be because your blood pressure has come down, you are sleeping better on your own, or your level of pain, anxiety or depression has improved.
While the information, techniques and products offered here are not substitutes for medical care, they may enhance the medical care you are already receiving. You may find that you can sleep better, ease stress and anxiety, reduce pain and even lose weight. Bridging the gap between traditional and non-traditional therapies can be beneficial whether your interest lies in achieving optimal health or in dealing with a specific physical issue.
