
Return Policy
Satisfaction Guarantee
The Bridge to Health's customer satisfaction guarantee allows you to evaluate your purchase for up to 30 days. If you’re not completely satisfied with the quality of the product, you can return your purchase to receive a full refund, minus shipping and handling charges. (Sorry, but returns are not possible for digital downloads of audio tracks.)
To receive your refund, simply return the product to our customer service center (The Bridge to Health, 2987 Durham Rd., Green Bay, WI 54311). Please include your name, address, e-mail address and phone number to ensure we apply your refund correctly, and a brief note explaining the reason for the return.
The Bridge to Health will issue a refund check or credit card refund within 10 business days of receiving the returned merchandise, as long as the return qualifies for a refund in accordance with the conditions specified in this Satisfaction Guarantee. If the returned merchandise does not qualify for a refund, then our customer service center will attempt to notify you of what additional steps may qualify the return for a refund.
In the event our product is damaged during shipment to the customer, MyRelaxationCenter.com will ship a replacement at no additional charge, providing the customer notifies our customer service center within 10 business days of receiving it. Back order policy
In the event your item is on back order, you will be notified via email. An estimated shipment date will be given at that time.

Damaged products
In the event our product is damaged during shipment to the customer, The Bridge to Health will ship a replacement at no additional charge, providing the customer notifies our customer service center within 10 business days of receiving it.
